Second, start
1, after inspection, the machine and the transmission part of the normal start.
2. This machine is only allowed to start under no load.
3, after the start, if it is found that there is an abnormal phenomenon, it should be immediately parked, to be identified and ruled out after abnormal conditions before they can start.

Third, use
1. After the machine is stable and vibrated, it can run with material.
2, feeding should meet the load test requirements.
3. Shutdown shall be performed in accordance with the process sequence and shall not be stopped with the material or be continued after shutdown or after shutdown.

Fourth, maintenance and maintenance
1. The feeding machine should always check the amplitude, vibration motor current and motor surface temperature during operation, and the amplitude is uniform before and after the request, and the vibration motor current is stable. If abnormal conditions are found, it shall be stopped immediately.
2. The lubrication of the vibration motor bearing is the key to the normal operation of the entire feeder. During the use process, the bearing should be filled with grease on a regular basis. It should be filled once every two months. The high temperature season should be filled once a month and every six months. Repair the motor one time and replace the internal bearing.
3, the operation of the machine should be smooth, when the vibration of the machine suddenly increases or an abnormal sound is issued, the machine should be stopped immediately to check the cause and ruled out.
4, the machine uses thin oil splash lubrication, lubricants should be based on the location of use, temperature conditions, the general use of gear oil.
5. The thin oil level in the exciter shall be guaranteed to be higher than the height of the oil level (which can be filled through the straight pipe fitting elbow) and must be replaced every three to six months. Clean oil or kerosene should be used to clean the fuel tank when changing oil. Bearing raceway and gear surface.
6, often through the oil cup (filled grease cup) add calcium sodium or calcium sodium base grease, every 3-6 months must be replaced.
