Third, the motor pump

Motorized pumps are the core product of hydraulic rescue tools. Fourth, hand ( motion ) control ( system ) valve

The manual valve on the hydraulic rescue tool is used to control tool expansion, closing motion or stop motion. It is a high-precision three-position ( left, center, right ) four-way valve. How does the user assess the quality of the manual valve ? The method is as follows:

Connect the motorized pump and the tool and operate the manual valve to fully close or fully open the tool to its limit position. After 30 seconds, release the manual valve. If the manual valve automatically returns to the neutral position, the manual control is indicated. WP is the highest pressure at which the hose is normally used, and BP is the pressure reached when the hose breaks. Hydraulic oil is the working medium used by the hydraulic rescue tools. If the hydraulic oil is too thick at low temperature, the oil absorption efficiency will be reduced and the tool movement will be difficult.
