When many metal processing factories are in contact with the processing of foreign copper and copper products, there will always be some annoyances about how to clean the problem. Even after the cleaning agent manufacturer's guidance, some bad problems in the middle are not well understood by the enterprises themselves. This article analyzes some of the bad problems that occur in this case for reference.
First, the determination of the effect of degreasing.
The washed product is rinsed and dried. If there is a certain amount of similar dirt on the surface, first of all, we use a clean cloth with a little white electric oil or alcohol to wipe the surface of the workpiece, the action must be light, only gently rubbed on the surface. Then observe whether the dirt still exists. If there is no description, the cleaning agent is not clean. If it still exists, then add a little bit of effort to wipe it, and don't use too much force. If it is not, it means that the dirt can be removed, but it is more stubborn. It is considered that the cleaning agent is okay in terms of degreasing, but the effect on this little stubborn dirt is relatively poor. If the wipe is still there, then wipe it vigorously to see if it is still there. Also take some uncleaned parts and gently wipe them to see if they are the same dirt. If there is the same, then look for the reason from the previous processing flow, eliminate such stubborn and dirty generation from the source, do not affect the subsequent cleaning for the convenience of the moment, even if the cleaning agent can be washed away, it will greatly increase the cleaning cost. .
Second, the fingerprint phenomenon of the product after cleaning has not been cleared. We must first explain that the water-based cleaning agent can be cleaned by the opponent's printing, but only for the slight fingerprints, it is impossible to completely remove the heavily soiled fingerprints. Of course, there is a hand impression. First of all, we also use the method of wiping. Generally, the handprint will not exist once it is wiped, even if it is baked and dried. If the wipe cannot be removed, please also wipe the uncleaned, hand-printed workpiece. If the fingerprint can be completely removed, consider the factors that make the fingerprint change during the cleaning process so that it cannot be wiped off. If the fingerprint on the unwashed workpiece is still present, then the fingerprint is chemically reacted with the material of the workpiece. This has occurred in many processing units and should be eliminated at the source. Normally, the processing process is not touched by hand, and there is no fingerprint. Please strengthen management, don't think it is impossible, and there are many times when you need to touch it by hand. This is unscientific.
Third, the product yellowing and yellowing should be divided into several phenomena: the whole, partial into pieces, spots. If it is yellow in the whole, the longer the soaking time, the longer the yellow or even the blackening, it must be a problem of cleaning agent; If it is a partial yellowing, then on the one hand we should also consider that the cleaning agent may have a corrosive effect on the copper material. On the other hand, it may also be a yellow spot in the case of uncleaning or rinsing of the residual cleaning liquid. The wiping method can be used if it can be wiped off. If the situation of spotted yellowing is similar to the local possibility, the tendency is that the degreasing is not clean or the rinsing is not complete.
Fourth, the watermark appears to be a watermark is generally a problem of rinsing water quality. First check if the pure water equipment is normal; then check the water quality in the rinsing tank. A simple method can take a clean workpiece with alcohol and other wipes thoroughly without stains, soak the rinse water and blow dry with a hair dryer to see if there is a watermark, if there is a problem with the water quality. If the blower is blown without a watermark, the same method puts the workpiece in the drying device to dry. If a watermark appears, clean the drying equipment, which should be caused by dirt inside the equipment falling on the surface of the workpiece during the drying process.
