If the oil level is lower than the oil window, add the same type of hydraulic oil to the middle position of the oil window; if the oil has deteriorated, replace it with new hydraulic oil.
4. Frequent use of this equipment for tensile breaking test may cause some fasteners to loosen. The fastening of the following parts should always be checked:
a. The upper beam and the moving beam have two (a total of 8 pieces) L block pressure plates (the jaw plate guide function), and each pressure plate is fixed by 2 screws;
b. Move 6 screws at each end of the beam;
c. Check the tightness of the screw drive chain every 6 months, and adjust the position of the tensioner wheel accordingly (after removing the lower part of the main body);
5. Lubricate the following parts every 3~6 months according to the environmental conditions and frequency of use:
a. The joint between the screw and the base is lubricated with 100 oil;
b. The screw drive chain is lubricated with butter;
c. The screw part of the screw is kept clean and lubricated with butter or molybdenum disulfide;
