1. Distribution of domestic CNC tool enterprises

Therefore, the talents who are generally engaged in the tool industry are slowly involved in the knives in social work, which makes the professionals in this industry relatively scarce, and the first-tier cities have relatively more foreign companies and are selling. Operators such as turning, milling, grinding, wire cutting and machining centers are generally at the production base of the company.

3. Analysis of the current situation of tool enterprise products

Tool materials are backward, counterfeit and shoddy still: foreign hard alloy superhard materials account for more than 70% of tool materials, while Chinese tool companies consume 40% of the world's tool materials, but the tool output value is only 12% - 15% of the world. What is even more unacceptable is that domestic high-speed steel CNC tools still occupy half of the country.

The tool structure is simple, the traditional tool still dominates: the steel knife has been dried for decades, and there is still no improvement. There are also traditional products such as saw blade milling cutter, three-face milling cutter and tap, which have been consistent for decades. There is no improvement, whether it is the tool specifications or the output value, the traditional backward tools still dominate. Insufficient understanding of tool types and specifications, insufficient development and application of new tool structures, new materials and new coating technologies, lack of corresponding tooling and technical service support, and lack of technical training and promotion of new tool applications.

Low tool life and poor stability: Some tool factories in China have low tool life and average life is only 1/3 - 1/2 of foreign tools. Not every product has a low life span, but the life span is very different, and the dispersion is too large. The average life of the tool is low. Many Chinese tool factories have done such experiments: compared to single pieces, Chinese knives are no worse than foreign ones, but if they take 10 pieces of PK, there are always 1 or 2 pieces of Chinese knives that are not satisfactory.

Maintaining a comparative advantage: high-end CNC knives have high-end large profit margins, and low-end also has low-end market share. Not all companies need to be the world's top CNC tools to survive. If you maintain the advantages of delivery, inventory, specifications, models and after-sales service, you can survive in the market.

Improve the technology and quality of the tool: the backwardness of the domestic tool products, the backwardness of the domestic basic science research, and the continuous adjustment, improvement and interaction accumulation of the domestic CNC tool enterprises in the processing application practice. For high-end CNC machining, it is often difficult for domestically produced tools to get involved, and it is impossible to participate in the processing tasks of the user's core products, resulting in the lack of domestic tool practice.

Focus on emerging industries and markets: In 2015, the commercialization of emerging industries represented by machine tools, instruments, robots and other intelligent equipment and new energy vehicles will continue to accelerate. Manufacturing in India, Mexico and Central and South Asia is growing. Domestic CNC tool companies should pay more attention to these industries and regions and seek greater development space.
