Comparison and disadvantages of dry-hanging granite and traditional wet-laid granite

Squeeze out the bubbles in the cement and take the brick below. Apply a thin pure cement slurry on the back of the brick to smooth the tile. Use this layer of cement slurry. The base tile and the dry hard cement mortar base are completely bonded together. This paper analyzes the dry-grown granite and wet-pain granite processes and the shortcomings of the new dry-hanging method.

Dry hanging granite is compared with traditional wet-laid granite;

(1) Different mechanical systems: It can be directly used for the outer wall of high-rise buildings. The dry-hanging granite can be directly fixed directly with the hooks. It can be a separate force on each wall: wet-laid granite can only be used in buildings with low height. The use of the wall surface mainly relies on the connection of cement slurry and steel wire.

(2) Wet-attached granite is unstable, and it is easy to peel off and shell after the summer and winter heat and cold.

(3) Cement is prone to the quality problems of the face and efflorescence of granite walls during the process of passing humid air and hydration heat. Dry-hanging granite, compared with the glass curtain wall, has a coated glass on the surface of the glass curtain wall, which is easy to reflect, causing environmental pollution; and compared with dry-hanging granite, the glass curtain wall has poor heat insulation and insulation capacity, which determines the high-rise or The super high-rise is decorated with dry hanging granite materials.

At present, although dry-hanging granite has obvious advantages, there are still some problems to be solved. Firstly, the transmission of force by dry-hanging granite needs to be transmitted to the concrete wall surface by means of expansion bolts, which is prefabricated with traditional iron glass walls. The way of the force is different. Secondly, the dry-hanging granite transmits the weight of the granite to the concrete wall and the expansion bolt by using the stainless steel connecting piece, which easily causes the deformation of the stainless steel connecting piece; then, the dry hanging granite realizes the connection of the connecting piece through the pin The key to the construction of granite stone wall lies in the quality of the perforation, and its quality is related to the material of the granite itself. The quality and stress of granite is greatly related to the control of the seam of stone curtain wall; finally, the compatibility of granite bonding and the control of the quality of waterproof sealing rubber.
