Guangxi Investment Marine High Performance Aluminum Alloy Industrialization Project Approved

The “industrialization of high-performance aluminum alloy products for ships” project of the plant was approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China, and was selected as the first batch of projects for the industrial development of the first batch of autonomous regions in 2015.

The project “Industrialization of High-Performance Aluminium Alloy New Products for Shipbuilding” mainly focuses on the development and trial production of new high-performance aluminum sheet products for ships, and the development of new products with high performance and high performance aluminum alloy plates that meet the requirements of ships, and a product production management system. Through the certification of the Norwegian Classification Society (DNV), the industrial production of high-performance aluminum sheet for ships is gradually realized. High-performance marine aluminum products will be more able to adapt to the ship's use environment and replace traditional steel plates to achieve lighter weight, energy saving and emission reduction of ships, and to enhance the benefits of ship transportation and aluminum alloy processing industry as a whole.
