Domestic and foreign furniture is competing for 30% of China's civilian furniture manufacturers to domestic sales

On August 25 , the 16th China International Furniture Fair Beijing Press Conference and Northern Furniture Development Forum was held. According to reports, in the first half of the year, the retail sales of furniture in Beijing increased by 43.5% . In addition to northern furniture brands, southern furniture companies also collectively organized a high-profile store in Beijing.

As an important part of China's manufacturing industry, China's furniture industry has been export-oriented in recent years, and its export value has always exceeded 30% of total sales. The economic crisis in 2009 frustrated China's furniture exports, and then many furniture companies began to seek breakthroughs in domestic sales. According to estimates, it is expected that more than 30% of civil furniture exhibitors will be converted from domestic sales to domestic and foreign sales.

It is reported that on September 7 , the China International Furniture Fair will be held in Shanghai, and the number of overseas exhibitors increased by 15% .

The Italian furniture group Colombini already has two factories and 100 branches in China, but still hopes to further expand its business in China through the exhibition platform. The company representative said that we should change the minds of consumers, "the most expensive Chinese goods," the impression, to create "the best Chinese goods cost" of the new image together.
