The spring applies pressure to finalize the positioning, and a signal is sent when the block presses the travel switch K2, indicating the completion of the gland process. The motor drives the pulleys on both sides, transmitting torque through the spline shaft, causing the bearingâ€™s inner ring to rotate and apply grease. Grease application time is adjustable from 0 to 3 minutes, with a spindle speed of 150 r/min. Once the grease is fixed, the cap cylinder piston retracts, triggering the K1 switch. The reset cylinder then pushes the bearing back to its initial position, and upon pressing K3, the workpiece is released, starting the next cycle.
