This ensures better centering accuracy even under frequent pressure shocks. 2. **Single Motor Drive System**: The original dual motor system was replaced with a single motor drive, resulting in a more compact design, reduced axial space, and significant energy savings. 3. **Adjusted Cylinder Stroke**: The cylinder stroke was modified to ensure that after greasing, the bearing gland is pushed into the correct position within the material channel. 4. **Elastic Mechanism Added**: An elastic mechanism was introduced before the gland. The spring force helps in pre-positioning the bearing accurately, preventing misalignment and ensuring smooth operation. The working principle of the machine involves placing the sealing cover assembly in the gland seats on both sides. When loading, the bearing inner assembly moves to the designated position. Under pressure, the gland cylinder piston moves rightward, contacting the bearing assembly first on the left side, then on the right. The spring applies pressure to finalize the positioning, and a signal is sent when the block presses the travel switch K2, indicating the completion of the gland process. The motor drives the pulleys on both sides, transmitting torque through the spline shaft, causing the bearing’s inner ring to rotate and apply grease. Grease application time is adjustable from 0 to 3 minutes, with a spindle speed of 150 r/min. Once the grease is fixed, the cap cylinder piston retracts, triggering the K1 switch. The reset cylinder then pushes the bearing back to its initial position, and upon pressing K3, the workpiece is released, starting the next cycle. In conclusion, the improved uniform grease capping machine offers a more scientific and reasonable working principle. It effectively addresses issues like pressure deviation and misalignment during the capping process, ensuring high-quality results while improving efficiency and reducing energy consumption.
