Galvanized Roller Shutter Door
Using advanced hot-dip galvanized material , precision roll forming production process, polyurethane foam that free of hydrofluorocarbon inside door, light weight, high strength, appearance nice. The doors have advantages of tamper anti-theft , noise isolation thermal insulation and corrosion resistance;the doors are widely used in shops, garages, houses, supermarkets, warehouses and industrial plants, etc.
Depending on the characteristics of the buildings,we can choose interior, exterior and intermediate three different installation ways, doors stay in the upper part of door after rolling up , this could save garage space, and also could keep the garage clean and beautiful by prevent the mud, rain and snow ,etc going into the garage.

In people's minds, plastics are often seen as insulators. However, the reality is quite different—plastics can be conductive and even serve as materials for solar cells. Recently, Dr. Xiao Shuyong, part of the ninth batch of the "Thousand Talents Program" and founder of Ou Nabu Company, has taken a significant step forward by establishing his firm in the Nanjing Chemical Park, where he is preparing to mass-produce solar plastics.
Xiao Shuyong shared with reporters that after graduating from Nanjing University, he went to Canada to pursue further studies. “I've been working on photovoltaic materials for many years. In 2009, I founded One Material in Canada, focusing on the development of solar plastics,†he said. The company now holds over a dozen global invention patents and collaborates with major international players such as Samsung, GE, and Sharp. Earlier this year, Xiao led his team to the Nanjing Chemical Industry Park, aiming to expand their presence in the domestic market.
So, what exactly is solar plastic? According to Xiao, it's a type of polymer material used in photovoltaic power generation. He explained that traditional polysilicon solar cells, widely used today, come with high pollution levels, energy consumption, and non-degradable raw materials. Meanwhile, the next-generation thin-film solar cells rely on rare earth elements, which are limited in supply and require substantial equipment investment. “Our solar plastics are organic compounds that are biodegradable, energy-efficient, and flexible enough to be stretched or even dissolved into a solution and sprayed onto walls,†he added.
According to Xiao’s calculations, current solar power efficiency stands at around 10%, and the cost per watt of electricity is just one-tenth of that of conventional silicon-based batteries. Despite its potential, solar plastic hasn’t yet been widely adopted globally. “Most of our clients are research institutes and R&D centers of large companies,†he noted. “Some small-scale projects abroad have already entered trial phases. For example, a U.S. company plans to spray these materials onto backpacks, allowing users to charge their phones and MP3s while walking. Additionally, they are covering the canopies at both ends of Los Angeles Airport, enabling passengers to charge their devices while waiting.â€
Looking ahead, Xiao mentioned that the company may collaborate with domestic manufacturers and research institutions, starting with smaller projects to gradually bring solar plastic into the mainstream before moving toward large-scale production.
According to Wang Xia, deputy director of the Chemical Park Management Committee, the park has attracted over 10 national experts under the "Thousand Talents Program," along with the establishment of 10 research institutes focused on cutting-edge chemical engineering topics. These initiatives aim to drive innovation, research, and industrial applications. In the future, the institute is expected to become a key growth point for the chemical park.
