The 2012 "China Top Ten Lock Kings" selection was launched in early 2012, organized by the China Hardware Products Association. The association commissioned the National Daily Metals Supervision and Inspection Center to conduct random inspections of locks sold nationwide. Ultimately, ten companies, including Yantai Sanhuan Lock Industry Group, Zhejiang Zhongli Group, Wenzhou General Lock, Zhongshan Huafeng Lock, Zhejiang Pujiang Meihua Lock, Zhongshan Gaoli Lock, Guangdong Yajie Hardware, Wenzhou Tianyu Industry and Trade, Guangdong Mingmen Lock, and Baodeli Industrial, were selected as the top lock manufacturers.
The selection criteria were strict, with only companies demonstrating excellent overall quality and representing the highest level of the industry being chosen.
Firmly confident in achieving transformation and upgrading, the lock industry has seen significant growth. With the rapid development of the housing and automotive sectors, the variety and technological content of lock products have increased dramatically. From simple padlocks, the industry has expanded to over 850 varieties across 10 categories, including electronic, magnetic card, IC card, fingerprint, and digital locks.
