Coarse Grinding: The first pass uses a 60-90 rough diamond mill, so that the head of the grinding machine walks horizontally on the ground to “8” shape, adding water to the edge grinding (such as grinding stone surface maintenance time is too long, can add fine sand , speed up the grinding speed), clean the slurry at any time, and use the ruler to check the flatness, until the surface is smoothed and ground, the grid strips and stones are all exposed (the corners are artificially ground to the same effect), and the water is used for cleaning and drying. Dry it, and then use a thicker grout (such as a pigmented surface layer, apply a grout with the same pigment mix ratio) to wipe it again. In particular, the hole in the surface layer should be filled with small holes to smooth out the fallen stone. Grain should be filled. Water conservation 2 ~ 3d.
Fine grinding: The second pass uses a 90-120 diamond mill and requires grinding until the surface is smooth. Then rinse with clean water, wipe the second time with the cement slurry, still pay attention to small pores to carefully wipe tight, and then conservation 2 ~ 3d.
Polishing: The third round of grinding with 200 fine diamonds, grinding to surface stones exposed uniform, no stone phenomenon, smooth, smooth, non-porous degree. The number of ordinary terrazzo finishes should not be less than three times. The thickness of the senior terrazzo finish and the number of finishes and the size of the oilstone should be determined according to the design.
Oxalic acid scrub: In order to obtain a significant effect after waxing, before the faulty stone surface layer to carry out a moderate amount of acid pickling, generally scrubbed with oxalic acid, when used, the first to add oxalic acid into a solution of about 10% concentration Sprinkle it on the floor with a broom, and then lightly grind it again with whetstone; grind out the cement and stone grain colors, and then rinse with a soft cloth to dry. This operation must be completed after the completion of various types of work, after pickling the surface layer can no longer be contaminated.
Wrong glazing: Wrap the wax in a thin cloth and apply a thin layer on the surface layer. After drying, replace the oil stone with a wooden block with canvas or burlap. Grind it on the grindstone machine and use it in the same way. Wax the second time until it is smooth and bright.
