Recently, the Feed Safety Processing and Testing Technology Team of the Feed Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences has developed a new method for the rapid detection of vitamin C content and its stability in compound feeds by polarography. Using the new method to detect samples, it takes less than two hours from pre-treatment to detection, and the recovery rate of the sample is over 80%.
